Extreme Chocolate Brownie

These are brownies that my students make and they are truly extreme in the chocolate department.


Ingredients

150g Semi sweet bakers chocolate
120g Butter
15g Cocoa powder
200g Brown sugar
10 mL Vanilla extract
3 Eggs
2.5g Salt
100g Flour
5g Baking powder

Directions

1. Melt chocolate and fat in a stainless steel bowl over simmering water on low heat until all melted.

2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, eggs, and cocoa powder until fully incorporated. Finally beat in flour and last chocolate chips continue to mix until done.
3. Pour brownie batter into prepared pan lined with parchment paper

4. Bake for 350F for 25-30 minutes.
5. Glaze top with ganache or chocolate buttercream once the brownie is cooled.
