Drunk Barbecue Chicken

Matt makes these at the firehall and they're a huge hit.
Ingredients
Montreal chicken spice
1 can of beer
Roasting chicken
Directions
- Drink beer down to the bottom of the bend in the can, poke holes in the top of the can along the bent edge.
- Sprinkle thoroughly with Montreal chicken spice, try to get the spice under the skin as well.
- Stand chicken up on the can of beer, by placing the can in the open cavity.
- Place chicken on small tin foil sheet in Barbecue
- Roast on medium heat for about 1 hour or until juices of leg run clear.
