Honey Mustard Chicken

Posted in /Cooking/Entrees/Poultry on Sunday, April 02, 2017

This was one of the first things I made for my college roommates before I really knew how to cook. I still make it today, though I'm pretty sure it's a million times better now.

Ingredients

3-4 Chicken breasts or a whole roasting chicken
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Honey
2 Tbsp Curry

Directions

  1. This recipe is not a science its mostly done by feel but it turns out great each time.
  2. Mix together equal parts honey, Dijon mustard with 2 Tbsp curry.
  3. Pour over chicken and bake at 350F until 74C approximately 45 minutes
  4. If you're putting this mixture on a roasting chicken pull the skin away from the breast and pour a little of the mixture between breast & skin.
  5. The remaining mixture Should be poured over the skin and roasted at 350F until 72C approximately 45 minutes
