Primavera Bolognese

This is my go to easy Italian meal. It's the Italian answer to stirfry, which is great on a cold winter week night.
Ingredients
Olive oil
- Vegetables
- Peppers
- Onions
- Zucchini
- Carrots
- Mushrooms
- Ground Meat
- Ground beef
- Ground chicken
- Ground pork
- Ground turkey
Directions
1. Sautee ground meat with a little oil.
2. Set the meat aside or sautee the vegetables in a separate frying pan with a little more oil.
3. Wilt spinach 1 handful at a time, I like to add about 4 - 5 handfuls for a pound of ground beef
4. Mix together the veggies and ground protein
5. Add your favourite tomato sauce and serve This can be served with pasta, quinoa or just enjoy as is!
