Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

These Parmesan potatoes will take your oven roasted potatoes to the next level. But be sure to use real parm, not the Kraft shelf stable stuff, you will appreciate the flavour difference right away!


Ingredients

1 bag of mini potatoes
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese (do not use the shelf stable parm, it gives it a chemical flavor)
Few shakes of pepper
Olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Rinse and wash the dirt off your potatoes and cut in them into quarters.
3. In a medium bowl, place in your potatoes and drizzle a nice coating of olive oil over them.
4. Add in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, cheese, and pepper.
5. Toss everything around until well coated.
6. Pour your potatoes onto a baking sheet and spread out your potatoes to make sure there aren't any stacked on top of each other.
7. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are soft and cooked through.
8. Halfway through the baking process, move around the potatoes.
9. Serve hot and sprinkle more cheese on top if desired.
