9 Patch Snowball Quilt

This is a quilt for my nephew Tyrus. The quilt has two different blocks, the 9 patch and the snowball. I made each block in two colours and the 9 patches were made into two different configurations so there are a total of 6 different blocks.

Sampler Quilt

This was my first quilt as an adult. Sampler quilts can come in any shape and size. They are great for those just learning how to quilt and those who are more experienced.

I learned a lot from this quilt, especially since my teacher wanted perfection...which means a lot of stitch ripping!
This is the finished quilt but each block felt like a quilt unto itself.

Woven Ribbons

This makes an easy 12" block. And the quilt comes together very quickly once you have your blocks made. You will want to make sure you square the finished blocks or your ribbons will not match up nicely.
