These are a rich and wonderful appetizer that is full of flavour!

Slices of white Bread
Olive Oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp basil
1 1/2 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp Ground pepper
1/4 tsp Tabasco
Mayo
Horseradish
Crumbled blue cheese

Directions

1. Trim crust on bread. Roll out to flatten. Cut each into 4 squares. Brush with oil. Tuck into muffin tins and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
2. Whisk together oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic, basil parsley pepper and Tabasco then add steak. Marinade for up to 1-2 days (for best results marinate at least overnight).
3. Grill steak for approximately 7 minutes per side then allow to cool enough to thinly slice and prepare for assembly.
4. Mix mayo and horseradish together to your desired heat tolerance. Spoon the horseradish mixture into the bottom of each bread cup, top with beef and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese. Top with fresh parsley.
