Two Bite Brownies

Yield: 24
Ingredients
1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 cup cocoa
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Grease muffin cup tray with cooking spray
- Cream together the margarine and sugar
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well
- Add remainder of ingredients and mix until smooth
- Spoon mixture into muffin pan 2/3 full and bake for 16 minutes
- Let rest for 5 minutes before taking them out of the pan
Campfire Baked Apple

Ingredients
Apple
Cinnamon
White Sugar
Brown Sugar
Nuts (whatever your favourite variety is)
Oats
Directions
- Peel & core apples
- Toss with cinnamon and white sugar
- Fill core whole with brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts
- Wrap in tin foil and place on coals in fire pit.
- Occasionally rotate foiled apples on coals to ensure even baking. Please use tongs to protect from burns.
- Remove after approximately 20 minutes, or when apples are a bit soft when squeezed with tongs.
- Serve and enjoy.
Korean Fried Chicken

This is one of the favourite recipes of my students, they think it will be hard to make and think the Korean ingredients are too far outside their normal foods but they are always happy when the food is ready to be eaten.
