Ingredients
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for the olive oil in a shake-able container or whisk together in a bowl.
- Gradually add in the olive oil to help set the emulsification.
- This is great as a dressing or a marinade for chicken

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons water
juice and zest of one lime
1 tablespoon rice or white vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped peeled ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- In a blender mix together all ingredients
- This is great as a dressing for quinoa and green salads or used on fish

Ingredients
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
2 tablespoons freshly chopped chives
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- whisk all ingredients together
- If you don't have fresh herbs you can substitute 1 tablespoon each of dried parsley and chives for the fresh

Yield: 5 cups salad
My students made this in the grains unit and our customers loved it. It makes enough to bring to a pot luck or to serve as a side dish with Thai food.
