Vinaigrette Ingredients
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Mixed green ingredients
1 package mixed greens
2 Anjou pears
1/2 cup feta
1/2 cup candied pecans
1 cup honey vinaigrette
Reduced balsamic - to drizzle as garnish
Vinaigrette Directions
- Combine all ingredients and whisk together
Salad Directions
- Place the greens into a salad bowl
- Slice the pears into either chunks or thin slices. Place on top of the greens
- Crumble feta on top of the salad, followed by the candied pecans
- Drizzle with vinaigrette and garnish with reduced balsamic drizzle

Ingredients
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for the olive oil in a shake-able container or whisk together in a bowl.
- Gradually add in the olive oil to help set the emulsification.
- This is great as a dressing or a marinade for chicken
